Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the goods. Always contact us at hello@karttools.se before returning a product.
Return conditions for standard products
- The product must be returned securely packaged and in substantially unchanged condition.
- The customer normally pays the return shipping costs when withdrawing from a purchase.
- Keep your proof of postage and tracking number until the return has been completed.
- A refund will be issued once the returned goods have been received and inspected, or when you can show that the goods have been sent back.
Custom orders and customised products
Products that are specially ordered, customised or made to the customer’s specifications cannot be returned or cancelled once the customer has approved the design, material or test.
An exception applies if the product has a manufacturing defect or clearly differs from the approved material or design. In that case, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, a description and photos.
Refunds
For an approved return, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase, normally no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.
Complaints about faulty goods
If an item is faulty, damaged or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@karttools.se as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of the fault or damage. If the complaint is accepted, Karttools will cover the return or another agreed solution.
